O problema do mal – O mal como necessidade/The Problem of Evil – Evil as a Necessity

“If God could not alter the natural laws in order to prevent natural evil, then he is constrained by natural laws. If God is constrained by natural laws, he must himself be a part (or product) of nature, meaning that he is not supernatural or omnipotent, and cannot be God. Anything constrained by nature is a part of nature, and cannot be nature’s creator.”
